We use kettlebells and resistant bands to strengthen every muscle in the body whilst paying particular attention to form and technique. Perfect for beginners and those more advanced wanting to lift heavy and work on a strength goal.

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. The class will go through periods of working to your max effort, and periods of rest. This explosion of energy is relative to your fitness, which is why HIIT, although perceived as a class only for the super fit, is perfect for beginners.
