Class format:
All you need is yourself and a bottle of water!
Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® classes are often called exercise in disguise as it's more a dance fitness party.
We use a variety of music styles including Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Mambo, Rumba, Flamenco, and Hip Hop in our classes.
The music also includes both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body, making it perfect for all levels of fitness.

Please bring a Yoga mat and a bottle of water. If you do not have a mat, please email or text CoeActive and we can provide a temporary one.
Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscle, it’s a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing, meditation and relaxation. It helps to improve health and wellbeing.
Class format:
Please bring a mat and bottle of water. We provide all the equipment needed for this class and our range of kettlebell weights are from 4kg-20kg. If you do not have a mat, please email or text CoeActive and we can provide a temporary one.
This class is especially great for beginners and anyone who wants to lift heavy.
We use kettlebells and resistant bands to strengthen every muscle in the body whilst paying particular attention to form and technique. This class is formatted with reps and sets which means it's slower paced (but definitely not easier) and goal focused. Which is why it's perfect for beginners and those more advanced wanting to lift heavy and work on a strength goal.

If you are looking to build muscle and tone up, this class is for you. We use weights and body weight in our exercises designed to target every muscle group in body, every class.
All exercises can be modified to suit your ability so need to worry about keeping up or being pushed to your limits, we got you;)
Expect battleropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls and much more!

All you need is a mat and a good internet connection. We use Zoom to channel our online classes, once booked into the class, the Zoom link will be sent to you automatically.
Being flexible isn't just a great party trick, it plays a huge part in helping us move better in daily life and performing exercises in classes such as squats, deadlifts, lunges and shoulder pressing. Being flexibile can prevent injuries and by allowing the muscles to move fluidly, they are far less likely to tear or over pull. Plus, it's super relaxing!
