We use kettlebells, dumbbells and resistant bands to strengthen every muscle in the body whilst paying particular attention to form and technique. Perfect for beginners and those more advanced wanting to lift heavy and work on a strength goal.
STRONG 50 combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves. Expect high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks, interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

class. It’s a full-body cardio blast, mixing step aerobics with Hip Hop, Bollywood, and Pop music to create the most fun, fierce, and feel-good workout around. Think old school vibes meets new school moves!
This class is the perfect balance between muscle building and cardio! A 20 minute circuit focused on strength and conditioning, moving on to our cardio and plyometric training class, STRONG 30.
This class combines High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with a focused core and abdominal section, giving you the perfect balance of calorie-burning cardio and strength work. You’ll work in timed intervals, with plenty of variety to keep things fun, motivating, and never boring.

Pilates uses slow, controlled and precise movements to strengthen the deep stabilising muscles found in the neck and shoulder, the spine and the pelvis.
