WHAT IS ZUMBA
Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® classes are often called exercise in disguise.
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
We use a variety of music styles in our routines, which have been specifically choreographed, including Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Mambo, Rumba, Flamenco, and a Hip Hop.
The music also includes both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body, making it perfect for all levels of fitness and flexibility.

There is plenty of parking for all of our class venues, a free car park or free street parking is always available 🙂
No need to wear fancy stuff, comfortable and breathable clothing is perfect along with some comfy trainers 👟👚
